Really nice rural house surrounded by fields. Very comfortable accommodation with two good bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very nice open-plan living/dining room and good quality fittings. Located 5 miles south of Louth in the Wolds the surrounding countryside is attractive and there is easy access to Lincoln (c30 miles), the coast and other local towns.

Beautiful house full of character which you will fall in love with. Peaceful retreat, surrounded by stunning views, but within easy driving distance of the coast. Would recommend.

If you like the open countryside, then the old school house is for you. The views are stunning, no neighbours as far as the eye can see, the wildlife at night, the peace and quiet that is so hard to find nowadays can be found there. It truly is perfect.

Lovely cottage - everything was so good down to last detail including the plum bread and wine on arrival. A surprisingly lovely area. We enjoyed the views, walks , wildlife and flowers.

If you want to get away from it all in a beautiful and peaceful location but with local amenities within easy driving distance, the "Old School House" is highly recommended.
